By using our website and/or services, all of the following applies:

Disclaimer of Liability: DRUID Fitness Inc. is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of using their services. This includes Personal Training, Online Training, Online Fitness Programs and any taken advice.

Personal Responsibility: Users of the services provided by DRUID Fitness Inc. are personally responsible for their own health and well-being. If users are concerned, or have any minor or major health conditions, it is advised that you speak with your healthcare provider prior to doing any strenuous activity or using any of the services that DRUID Fitness Inc. offers.

Assumption of Risk: Users of any and all services provided by DRUID Fitness Inc. assume any and all risks associated with participating in the provided services. Risks include, injury, illness or any adverse or worsening affects that may occur. Services include, Personal Training, Online Training, Online Fitness Programs, or any taken advice.

Member Areas:

Users cannot share links to member areas, these areas are protected and for members only. If someone you know would like access to member content, they will need to sign up as a member.

PLEASE READ

1. These terms and conditions are an agreement between client(s) and Joshua Bridger/Druid Fitness. Payments will be taken for the trainer providing personal training sessions (whether one-on-one, partner/duo, groups and/or training subscriptions).

2. All sessions must be booked within reasonable notice (usually 24 hours prior). This gives time to arrange time slots and plan workouts.

3. Clients that have agreed upon time/regular slots do not need to give prior notice for sessions unless any changes are being made to the day/time of the planned session(s).

4. If clients are unable to attend their scheduled session, the trainer must be notified in advance (24 hours or more). If clients no-show or Joshua Bridger/Druid fitness is not given reasonable notice of their cancelation, then the cost of the session will be charged in full. The same applies to clients on the subscription service, while there is no extra charge, their missed session cannot be banked/redeemed. This rule applies to #5 and #6.

5. If 1 of the 2 clients using the partner/duo subscription service misses a session, they cannot bank/redeem their missed partner/duo session to be used as a 1-on-1 session with the trainer. Partner/Duo sessions can only be banked/redeemed if both parties miss the same session and use it together at a later date, as long as the trainer is given the minimum 24 hour notice.

6. Missed sessions (as long as the client complies with #4) may be held for a maximum of 3 months (from the date of the missed session) and can be rescheduled later. This allows time for clients to have time away if needed for recovery or vacation, etc. After the 3 month period, any remaining banked sessions expire and cannot be redeemed. This only applies to clients using the subscription service. Banked sessions can only be redeemed as long as the clients subscription service is active.

7. If the client(s) are unable to continue training due to reasons of a serious nature such as a serious medical/personal issue or bereavement of a close family member or friend, then the cost for any remaining sessions (pre-paid) can be refunded. This only applies to clients using the subscription service. Prior missed/banked sessions do not qualify for refund. However, an exception for banking/banked sessions can be discussed with the trainer to be used at a later date beyond the 3 month expiry if the client wishes to continue training.

8. If for any reason the trainer is unable to continue with the program or if Druid Fitness ceases operation then the cost for any remaining sessions will be refunded. This only applies to clients using the subscription service. Prior missed/banked sessions do not qualify for refund.

9. Clients are expected to be on time for sessions, as any late arrivals will result in time being deducted from the booked session and end on the scheduled time.

10. If the client(s) feel nausea at any time or need additional breaks (whether or not this is relating to a medical condition) then please notify the trainer and training can commence again when client is ok to continue training.

11. Any medical conditions or disabilities are expected to be explained in full to the trainer so reasonable action/precautions may be taken.

12. The client(s) understands that Joshua Bridger/Druid Fitness is not a certified nutritionist or medical professional. The client(s) understands that any diet, fitness/exercise, wellness, or lifestyle advice is not a replacement for Doctor Prescribed Treatment or drug prescription for any Medical Diagnosis.

13. The client(s) understands and assumes all risk that can be associated with moderate to intense exercise. Such as, minor, moderate or major injury, fainting, cardiac arrest, or death.

14. The client(s) understands that by accepting services from Joshua Bridger/Druid Fitness, they assume all risks involved and participate in the services at their own risk.

15. The client(s) understands that Joshua Bridger/Druid Fitness is not liable for any accidental injury, illness, worsening medical condition or death.

16. The client(s) accept and agree that if the trainer (Joshua Bridger/Druid Fitness) is unable to fulfill their in-person duty to a client due to sickness, injury, or vacation. Joshua Bridger/Druid Fitness will provide a workout program or substitute trainer for the client(s) in replacement of the in-person services. In the case of emergency (major illness, injury or family related), the client(s) accept that Joshua Bridger/Druid Fitness may not be able to fulfil their in-person service or replacement program and any unfulfilled sessions can be banked and used later on. This only applies to clients using the subscription service.

17. Referring to #16. Any clients that have a scheduled session that is not part of the subscription service, will not be charged and can reschedule if Joshua Bridger/Druid Fitness is unable to fulfil their in-person duty.

18. By booking any service with Joshua Bridger/Druid Fitness, the client(s) agree they have read and accept the Terms & Conditions listed above.
